Community Engagement Manager

What will you be doing?

• Own the design and implementation of the community and stakeholder engagement strategy for projects across the NEM
• Deliver community engagement strategy across Wind, Solar and BESS projects through development, construction and operation.
• Build upon the existing frameworks as well as introducing new strategy
• You will have a impressive and knowledgeable team and resources around you, including a media and communications specialist to support you.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience designing community engagement frameworks and hands on experience delivering these in the community
• Excellent understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects (ideally with renewable energy) and proven experience managing stakeholder relationships in order to get the best outcomes
• Exceptional relationship building skills - landowners, First Nations communities, councils and other stakeholders.

This team already have a great presence and track record in the communities. As they grow, they need a leader to ensure they keep this commitment to best-practice as the grow and more projects are delivered.
